Nietzsche, o grande solitário* * Publicado no Correio da Manhã. Rio de Janeiro, domingo, 10 de Novembro de 1935, p. 7. Publicado também no Correio Paulistano. São Paulo, Domingo, 17 de Novembro de 1935, p. 14.

Abstract

In seeking to show the importance that solitude had to Nietzsche, the author disagree with the approach proposed by Édouard Schuré - in the work Precursores e revoltados -, according to which the philosopher had known the "intoxication of solitude", but had also experienced its "bitterness till the last drop". For her, Nietzsche´s inner world would have allowed him ecstasy moments that just the deep ones know about. Furthermore, Nietzsche had experienced a solitude that starts to be felt by other individuals after the war that morally undermined the world. For this reason, he would be "the friend of all the tormented ones" who seek the happiness and the truth, although they never can be found.
