Alice através do espelho ou Macunaíma em campus papagalli? Mapeando rotas de ensino dos estudos organizacionais no Brasil

Basically, this text addresses the nature and structure of Organizational Studies, as well as its characteristic as educational subject, epistemological intervention and social construction. The area of Organizational Studies (OS) is the framework for graduating in Business Administration and reflexive of the stability and paradigmatic transformation of the disciplines associated with this area. Since the Organizational Studies are represented by the disciplines included in administration graduation courses in Brazil, one of the issues that we will attempt to focus in this paper is the way in which institutional players and decision-making instances have added to its configuration, especially in the last 25 years with the contribution of post graduation results and creation of "discussion communities" and other initiatives. The mapping of graduation course curriculum representing the universe of courses is intended to illustrate the area under discussion. The proposal of the Organizational Studies is to respond to the challenge of constructing an articulate national teaching practice not relying on any exogenous way of thinking or acting. The conclusion of this study identifies the Organizational Studies proposal as the curriculum core and subject.
