Trabalho, controle e resistência nas sociedades capitalistas: uma perspectiva organizacional

With the end of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) -the great socialist experience that, although partially, reinvigorated the vitalities for a fairer world the capitalism, same objective of constant crises already predicted by Marx two centuries ago, blooms out in the world if using the same accumulation logic. The surplus value, appropriation for the work that capitalist don't pay, is the oxygen of capitalism's lungs and the abstract social work the arms that aid him in search of prosperity. Prosperity, in fact, comes on behalf of few at the costs of an explored immensity. Our objective, however, it is not to argue around its operation, but, to discourse about the evolution of the main tool used to maintain the social work in brave conditions for the capital: the control. In the organizations, the temple for obtaining surplus value, the control has been refined along the time and, at the present, the managerial levels of the organizations are used in such effective hybrid ways that they seem to walk heading for perfection. Along this paper we will delineate the main control strategies, its development along time as the resistance of workers stays latent.
