CEFAM - Uma proposta de formação e aperfeiçoamento de professores para o 1ºgrau

This paper presents the main reflections raised by a study developed from july 1989 to July 1992, about the CEFAM (a center for teachers training and development), in Franca, São Paulo, Brazil. The research work aims to describe how this new project of teachers training was working in situations of real practice.
