This article refers to a participant research about dialogicity implied in the practice of the psychosocial clinics for a so called "psychotic" client, in the academic clinical context. In this research, observors, working in therapeutic system investigation (TSI), selected a sample among the individual therapeutic sessions. Analysis shows that empaty, disponibility, solidarity and amicable transfer would be necessary to support a dialogicity. Practice of the clinicals interviews tend to follow setting variations and moments of client suffering. Nevertheless, client identification to the role of ill/fool and the absence of social reinsertion services would difficult therapeutic efficacity.
