Abstract:
The present article reports the poor results in changing medical education last ten years, describing along general lines the main points studied about the question, like medical ideology. It suggests that medical knowledge and some reflections about the concepts of disease, health and the role of clinical practice can allow some news discussions about the question and contribute to emphasises the role of the University in the process of medical education and its changing.
