Abstract

The present study is part of a more extensive work that analyses the process of formation and consciousness of the working class in the venetian city of Schio and the traumatic strike that led hundreds of its parcipants to migrate to the region of Caxias (RS-Brazil), where they kept the memory of their struggles and appled their professional experience.
