Open-access THE VOCAL PARAL YSIS IN THE ADUL T: Glottic Configuration in the Unilateral Paralyses with lnvolvement of the Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve and its Relationship with the Therapeutic Procedures

The unilateral vocal foid paralysis is approached in this article, under the perspective ofvocal restoration. It's explored the existent relationship among the glottic configuration in the prior and post-surgical, the severa( therapeutic modalities, the possible complications and the vocal results. This article shows the diversity of opinions and the current tendencies of rehabilitation.
