Our Mission

The mission of the Brazilian Journal of Management - ReA UFSM is to publish empirical research that tests, expands or builds management theory and contributes to management practice. To be published in ReA UFSM, a manuscript should bring relevant theoretical and empirical contributions and highlight their significance to the field of management.
