This work has as finalty to analize the development of nursing students and their atributions in the Program for assistence to the cildren. For us to reach this purpose we use for reference the curriculum of de nursing course at the University of São Paulo in Ribeirão Preto. And in this curriculum we take out the subjects that correspond to the Pediatrical nursing and Public health and these subjects are confronted the followings responsabile departament that regulate the atributions of the nursing students in the healthy departments of the São Paulo state this study will be anal ¡tic, based in Filosofical corrents
