This research was held at the Clement Faria Sectional Hospital in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais state, to determine the exact time the exact time spent by its ward's staff when transcripting the doctors prescription and treatments in order to rationalize the system, releasing this staff for a direct assistance to the patients
