In this research 24 nurses took part. They graduated between the years of 1980 and 1986, by the nurse Departament of the Health Sciences Center from the "Universidade Estadual de Londrina". We search to check out the opinion of the nurses about the nursing education process and their suggestions to adequate it to their professional life.
