The author, aiming at evaluating Teaching/Researching/Field Services ("Extension") as parts of a single, unbreakable unit in the nursery teaching process, suggests a continued exchange between the academic functions and the reality surrounding it. In this exchange the contradictions and conflicts that are involved in the triad become clear, seeking ways of transforming reality.
