Jogos teatrais na escola pública

The article shows partial results of ethnographic research in which kids are observed in their cultural development process with theater classes in public school education in São Paulo/Brazil. The data colected indicates that the use of theater games in school education helps students to be aware of a word’s new meaning possibilities in human comunication.
