Indications from Time and Being to think about the Event [das Ereignis]

Abstract

The text used here, which corresponds to the final period of Heideggerian thought, intends to propose a brief illumination of what Heidegger assumes about the meaning of Being as Being from the existential analysis of Dasein achieved in Being and Time as a phenomenon of understanding of temporal Being. The article is an attempt to detail the problems investigated in the text Time and Being as problems arising from the question in Being and Time. It will be assumed, therefore, throughout the text, the postulate that Heidegger's philosophy is a thematic continuum, a continuation always each time (over the years), deepening on the same issue. It means to say that the thought of the event could not be posited if there were not a proper study of the meaning of Being that has been thought of in tradition; and if there were not a phenomenological-ontological destruction of this same tradition - since this thought thinks Being as non-subsistence.
