Abstract: This paper analyses contemporary paganism in Brazil and Portugal, particularly regarding its presence in public space and its influence in public opinion toward contemporary public debates in feminism, sexual diversity, and ecology. The research describes how pagan are organized in civil associations and how this associations act in public space in both countries. The main methodology was participant observation and interviews. As a result, a differentiation was found in discourses related to sexuality and feminism between the Brazilian and Portuguese neopagan groups. On the other hand, affinities were observed in the discourses concerning the theme of ecology.
