ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to analyze the assessement of labor in the Primary Health Care in the city of Rio de Janeiro, focusing on worker's health. 62 health workers participated in the analysis inserted in Family Health Teams of three health units, located in the Programmatic Area 2.1. We start from the point of view of activity using the ergologic device called Meetings on Labour. We betake the Health and Work Survey in the Service Sector. The study showed that the evaluation of the work must be based on specific knowledge of the real, concrete activity, which is accessible only by the experience of the individual who works and the subjective mobilization of the workers both individually and collectively.
