Person as subject of rights in information society: a look from the perspective of work and entrepreneurship

This article objectifies to spark interest for the appearance of the person as a subject of rights, contextualized on the basis of fundamental guarantee for the protection of human dignity, centered on the constitutional principle of equality, and the right to work. Seeks to examine ways to give effectiveness to the principle of human dignity in the bonds formed under the cloak of labor relations and entrepreneurship from the perspective of the Information Society. Method was used to confront deductive, historical, sociological and technical interpretation of bibliographic research.
