Institutional racism marks in black female workers at a federal university trajectory

Abstract:

This article aims to analyze the manifestations of institutional racism in the daily work of black women civil servants in the technical career at a Brazilian federal university. The background of the research was the implementation of Law n. 12,990/2014, which determined racial quotas for black people in public tenders. We realize that black working women are crossed in different ways by institutional racism, especially because their presences are made invisible in the university.
