RESUMO Objetivamos analisar a relação entre feminismo e marxismo para o entendimento crítico e o enfrentamento das desigualdades sociais determinadas pela imbricação das relações sociais de sexo, “raça” e classe. Para tanto, realizamos uma pesquisa bibliográfica com aporte na teoria e no método marxista. A relação entre feminismo e marxismo é fundamental para a luta classista comprometida com uma sociedade emancipada, sem opressões e explorações, como defende o Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social.

ABSTRACT We aim to analyze the relation between feminism and Marxism for the critical understanding and the confrontation of the social inequalities determined by the imbrication of the social relations of sex, “race” and class. For this, we carry out a bibliographical research with contribution in the theory and the Marxist method. The relationship between feminism and Marxism is fundamental to the class struggle committed to an emancipated society, without oppression and exploitation, as advocated by the Ethical-Political Project of Social Service.

Resumo O artigo trata da produção acadêmica dos cursos de pós-graduação em Serviço Social sobre o movimento feminista. As produções são analisadas tendo como referência o tratamento, pela tradição marxista, do movimento feminista e dos conceitos de gênero, patriarcado, relações sociais de sexo e divisão sexual do trabalho. Evidencia-se incipiente tematização desses conceitos, o que expressa a necessidade de um maior investimento na produção de conhecimento sobre o feminismo e o movimento feminista.

Abstract The article deals with the academic production of Post-Graduation courses in Social Work on the feminist movement or the struggle of women in mixed movements. The productions are analyzed with reference to the treatment, by the Marxist tradition, of the emergence of the feminist movement and the concepts of gender, patriarchy, social relations of sex and the sexual division of labor. There is an incipient approach of these themes by the profession, which expresses the need for a greater investment in the production of knowledge about feminism and the feminist movement.

Resumo Este artigo apresenta os posicionamentos do CFESS sobre temas feministas, emitidos nos últimos dez anos. Por meio da pesquisa de suas resoluções e manifestos, observou-se que o CFESS debate tais questões dentro de uma perspectiva anticapitalista, anti-homofóbica e antirracista, com o fito de construir diretrizes para o exercício profissional, enquanto entidade máxima de representação do Serviço Social.

Abstract This article presents the positions of CFESS on feminist issues, issued in the last ten years. Through the research of its resolutions and manifests, it was observed that the CFESS discusses such issues within ananti-capitalist and anti-racist perspective, with the purpose of constructing guidelines for the professional exercise, as the maximum representative entity of Social Work.

Resumo O artigo apresenta as três abordagens sobre gênero mais comuns nas pesquisas no campo do Serviço Social brasileiro. São elas: o marxismo, as relações sociais de sexo e a interseccionalidade. Enquanto as duas primeiras são mais recorrentes, a última começa a adentrar as produções da área. O texto discute cada uma, mostra suas potencialidades e limites e estabelece algumas conexões entre elas. Por fim, aponta para lacunas presentes nas investigações sobre gênero no Serviço Social.

Abstract The article presents the three most common approaches to gender in research in the field of Brazilian social service. They are: Marxism, social relations of sex and intersectionality. While the first two are more recurring, the latter begins to enter the productions of the area. The text discusses each of them, shows their potentialities and limits and establishes some connections between them. Lastly, it points to gaps in the investigation of gender in social work.

Resumo O presente artigo problematiza a utilização da modalidade jurídica da mediação de conflitos em processos cíveis relacionados à violência doméstica de gênero. Trata-se de uma pesquisa empírica e documental acerca da implementação da Lei Maria da Penha pelo Poder Judiciário - especialmente no que tange a reatualização do uso dessa modalidade jurídica. Relaciona a reestruturação produtiva com a autorreforma do Poder Judiciário.

Abstract The present article problematizes the use of the legal modality of Conflict Mediation in civil cases related to domestic gender violence. This is an empirical and documentary research about the implementation of the Maria da Penha Law by the Judiciary Power - especially regarding the return to the utilization of this legal modality. Relates the productive restructuring with the self-reform of the Judiciary Power.

RESUMO: Os direitos reprodutivos foram demarcados, pelo movimento feminista, como parte dos direitos humanos das mulheres. O aborto é um dos direitos contemplados pela concepção de direitos reprodutivos, tendo como argumento central a autonomia das mulheres sobre o próprio corpo. O Serviço Social, que é uma profissão atrelada à garantia de direitos, tem se manifestado nesse debate, por meio do CFESS e enfrentando a reação de setores conservadores que buscam retroceder em direitos já conquistados. É sobre direitos reprodutivos, o aborto no Brasil e o Serviço Social que tratará este artigo.

ABSTRACT: Reproductive rights were established by feminism, as part of human rights. Abortion is one of the rights assumed by the notion of reproductive rights, having as central argument women autonomy with their own bodies. Social work, a profesion related to rights guarantee, has manifested, through its Council, against conservative reactions which aims regressions in rights. Reproductive rights, abortion in Brazil and Social Work are the subjects discussed in this article.

Resumo: Analisamos o movimento histórico de dominação da mulher no capitalismo, entendendo que as relações sociais de sexo e gênero são responsáveis pelos altos índices de violência contra as mulheres, uma das múltiplas expressões da questão social. A coisificação do corpo feminino reforçado pela mídia é acompanhada pela ideia da liberdade sexual, uma forma de aproximação da mulher ao seu corpo e sexualidade, mas que tende a ser utilizada como reafirmação do corpo feminino como coisa a ser consumida.

Abstract: We analyze the historical movement of female domination in capitalism, understanding that the social relations of sex and gender are responsible for the high rates of violence against women, one of the multiple expressions of the social question. The reification of the female body reinforced by the media is accompanied by the idea of sexual freedom, a way of approaching the woman to her body and sexuality, but which tends to be used as a reaffirmation of the female body as an object to be consumed.

Resumo: O artigo analisa a defesa da liberdade sexual, da diversidade e dos direitos sexuais pela Defensoria Pública do Estado de São Paulo e pelos movimentos sociais no processo de inclusão da Profilaxia Pré-Exposição (PrEP) nos protocolos clínicos e diretrizes terapêuticas do Sistema Único de Saúde - SUS para HIV/Aids, enfatizando o contraponto feito nas atuações contra discursos e práticas institucionalizados heteronormativas e tecnocráticas.

Abstract: This article is a brief analysis on sexual freedom, diversity and sexual rights as sustained arguments by Brazilian Public Defense (Defensoria Pública do Estado de São Paulo) and social movements during the process of public consultation and further approval of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) in the Brazilian Public Health System, emphasizing a substancial critique on technocracy and heteronormativity.
