A memória, o historiador e o cidadão. A memória do Proceso argentino e os problemas da democracia¹

Abstract

The goal is to analyse the main version of Argentina recent past - the one of the Nunca más - and show what role it played in the building of the new republican and liberal democracy, supporting and shaping it at the same time. I also want to deal with the question of the historians and their complex, if not ambiguous, relation with the memory of dictatorship and their roles in the building of colective memories.
