For its application, a bibliographic review was done on the green infrastructure, and then the diagnosis and dynamic portrayal of the neighborhood, in order to propose alternative scenarios that prioritize the conflicts and potentialities observed. Thus emphasis of the scenarios followed the concepts of Urban Mobility, Sustainability, and Urban Use, Occupation and Development, created from the characteristics of good public spaces spoken by renowned authors.
