Scope and editory policy
Estudos Econômicos aims to publish manuscripts resulting from original research and with relevant contribution to the Literature. Texts can be written in Portuguese or English. If the Editorial Board’s members consider the manuscript aligned to the journal’s scope and requirements, it is forwarded to ad hoc referees following the double blind review system whereby authors do not get to know who their referees are and vice-versa. Estudos Econômicos also publishes book reviews. The texts of the articles and the book reviews should be presented with 1,5 line, font size Times New Roman 12, and minimum margins of 2.5 cm. Articles and book reviews should not exceed 30 and 6 pages, respectively. The edited version of the article or book review accepted for publication is forwarded to its authors, who should double-check them up to the established deadline, after which it will be considered that the authors agree with the edited version. Estudos Econômicos does not charge submission fee nor publication fee, reason for which authors who submit manuscripts to Estudos Econômicos should colaborate, if invited, by reviewing manuscripts. |
