5. Permanent call for papers

Theme: Administration's contributions to face the crisis in times of pandemic

REAd – Revista Eletrônica de Administração wishes to contribute to the process of reflection and production of knowledge about these extraordinary times that we must live. Therefore, it invites the submission of papers, in continuous flow, on the crisis related to the new coronavirus pandemic (SARS-CoV-2).

The many faces of the crisis and the strategies to face it, in all affected countries, have evident relationships with the field of Administration, as can easily be seen in topics such as: (re)organization of health systems; directing production processes to provide essential equipment; emergency training and reorganization of work teams; transformations in the work process; scientific and technological development with an emphasis on the medical-pharmaceutical-industrial complex; uses of technology to control population groups; socioeconomic impacts on societies already marked by deep inequalities; public policy; tensions in the federative pact; solidarity networks and the strengthening of the social economy; contributions from universities and research centers.

The thematic possibilities mentioned above are only indicative, since the complex dimensions of this social phenomenon are expressed in multiple ways in the disciplinary space of Administration and in the indispensable interdisciplinary dialogue.

The works that respond to this call will be published in preprint, in accordance with the SciELO platform knowledge access policy. All contributions must be consistent with the focus and scope of the REAd and observe the guidelines for authors.

6. Submissions

Submissions must be made exclusively through the Electronic Journal Publishing System, SEER, available at http://seer.ufrgs.br/index.php/read/index. The journal does not accept submissions that do not observe the following rules. There is no fee for submission and evaluation of articles.
