Abstract
This article proposes an analysis of the provision of care today, aiming to point out the limits of Brazilian labor law in treating care in Brazil. To achieve this goal, the article addresses the care crisis in the current arrangement of capitalism and the peculiarities of care work in Brazil. On its concluding remarks, limits and possible responses are diagnosed, beginning with the break of the disciplinary division of law.
