Noções gerais sobre abordagem sistémica à ação educativa do enfermeiro

The article discusses the use of system approach in Education and Health, which enables nurses reflection on their learning activities. If is based on the System Theory: 1) system - complex unit formed by several different parts, subjected to common planning or serving to a common object; 2) system components - input, process, output and feedback. System approach in Education is usually used as analysis, coordination and control technique of components and variables that make up the educational complex. Need of didatic planning is established as a mean of ordering and following activities to attain established goals. Therefore, system approach is applied in the study of complex situations in health fields, in order to offer the nurse new perspectives and solutions
