RESUMO

Na determinação de subpopulações linfocitárias, as particularidades do contingente celular do líquido cefalorraqueano justificam a adoção de metodologia rigorosa e a introdução de variantes de técnica. A técnica empregada e as variantes introduzidas são descritas, visando a obter baixa dispersão e alta reprodutibilidde de resultados.

SUMMARY

In order to achieve a low dispersion and a high reproductibility of results in the determination of cerebrospinal fluid lymphocyte subpopulations a more accurated methodology is described, and some variants of technique are registered.
