This article intents, from the reflections about the cultural industry and the industrial society, makes for philosophers of the Frankfurt School, to discuss the predominant model of administration of organizations and the possibility to mind an theory aid model of administration based on Communication Theory proposed in that School, and its application of renovate form on the educational organization.
