Notes of welcoming

This article comes as the result of the first analyses of a research made in Baixada Fluminense County. The research is about transitions to which are subjected children in educational spaces. The issue of transitions in the educational spaces is relevant in face of different types of nature: organic, sequential and articulated, from which the phases and modalities of the schooling process should be structured. Starting from observation of the first week of class for 2-year old children, we asked: How does the first day of class affect the admission of a toddler in Early Education? Are there specific strategies for a "toddler's adaptation"? The first classes are made mostly for the well being of children and adults. Or do those strategies follow the protocols of administrative aspects of institutions? The policy of cycling approach of Brazilian policies for education works as a reference in an attempt to consider micro and macro-political processes by articulating contexts surrounding its production and the results of policies reflected on practices. We took as a reference to the cycle of Brazilian policies for education in an attempt to consider micro and macro-political processes by articulating contexts surrounding its production and the results of policies reflected on practices.
