Construção de vínculos parento-filiais no contexto da adoção: revisão integrativa da literatura brasileira

Este estudo de revisão integrativa da literatura brasileira buscou identificar os fatores que influenciam a construção de vínculo parento-filial no contexto da adoção, por meio da análise de pesquisas publicadas entre 2010 e 2019. Foram selecionados 16 artigos a partir de consulta às bases SciELO, PePSIC, Lilacs e DOAJ. Os estudos foram analisados com base na análise de conteúdo, com auxílio do software MaxQDA. Os fatores que podem influenciar a construção de vínculos das crianças e dos adolescentes nas famílias adotivas foram organizados em quatro categorias: motivações para a parentalidade adotiva, relações fraternas, redes de apoio e características contextuais e pessoais dos pais e dos filhos adotivos. Os estudos revisados eram predominantemente qualitativos, com delineamento transversal, e utilizaram entrevistas com um número reduzido de participantes, a maioria adotantes. Sugere-se que novas pesquisas enfoquem as interações diárias dos indivíduos e espaços que podem servir de apoio às famílias adotivas, como a escola.
