TEACHING HISTORY OF EDUCATION: THOUGHTS AROUND A PROPOSAL

Abstract

The aim of this work is to present a reflection on the teaching of the History of education from the perspective of the capture of decisions for the formulation of a program of study on the above mentioned discipline. The reflection relies on theoretical developments from the historiography of the History of the education and experiences at university teaching in the last 20 years. The work departs from some foundational problems from the History of education and advances on them by offering a teachig proposal. The proposed scheme considers the potentials that each of the historiographical stages have to offer for such a proposal. Likewise, it stands out t internationalization as a particular moment of the contemporary debate that can occupy the place of liason between the problem of researching and teaching inside a program of study.
