Analysis of Informational flow present in a company of Value Added Services segment (VAS)

The main purpose of this article is to demonstrate the existence and the importance of information flow between the Business Intelligence, Business and Products sectors of a Value-Added Services (VAS) company. This study is based on Business Need Identification models, informational perceptions and analysis, search processes and use of information and representation of the information flow. We used the single case study as the main research method. Individual interviews were conducted in depth with the Director of Research and Development and representatives of the involved areas focused on the study. As achievements, gaps and possible improvements to the current existing information flow between the analyzed sectors have been identified and proposed an "ideal" model, in order to increase operational efficiency and analytical between sectors.
