The interdisciplinary work sends the individual to a professional and personal maturity. However, that performance is not deprived of a social and historical context. The social determinations, ideologically constituted transposes the individuals' attitudes, as well as their professional performance. The exacerbated individualism, result of an economic and social system, collaborates on the formation of a subjectivity structured from necessary defensive internal mechanisms. Among them, a partial denial of the reality and consequently a regression to narcissistic stages of the development, if not pathological, it is enough to interfere in the formation of appropriate entails for a reliability feeling that allows interpersonal sharing. In that sense, it is intended with the present work, the accomplishment of an analysis of generic order to the human being, observing the permeability between the internal and external world, that is, the construction of the subjectivity linked to a concrete situation with its historical, social and economic determinants. Finally, to recognize the resistance to interdisciplinary work as a historical and social construction and not, as an specificity of this or that individual, of this or that profession and/or specialty.
