Abstract:
The authors, responsible for the attendance given by the Psychological Assistance Group for Students for Medical School of the University of São Paulo, present observations originating from initial activity with first and fifth year students. Difficulties of adjustment to the new tuition system, toward the teaching faculty and the student body have been indentified, as well as in relation to the patient and the institution.
