The authoress relate the teaching model of therapeutic relation adapted in the discipline psychiatric nursing. The study has as main purpose to divulge the attempt to fit questions of the reality of the nursing assistance to psychiatrics patients hospitalized and difficulty inherents to the student in the beginning this field.
