Open-access The post-structuralist feminism and the construction of the Ethics of care

In this paper, we will investigate the contribution of post-structuralist feminist philosophical theories to the construction of the Ethics of care within Disability studies. Through a brief historical overview, we will address the theoretical developments of queer and crip feminist thought and the analysis of the concept of ableism from a decolonial perspective. We will draw attention to the emergence of care as a principle of justice.
