Abstract
This work aims to present the correlations between government procurement policies, namely: the Food Acquisition Program (PAA), the National School Feeding Program (PNAE), and the theme of sustainable development from the literature review of relevant works covering the topic. For this, the Environmental Sociology of Law (SAD) was used, as an analysis perspective that contemplates the understanding of socio-legal phenomena from an environmental perspective. The work is structured in: a) introduction, wich presents the context about current and emerging policies related to food and nutritional sucurity; b) a conceptual theory of how these policies intersect and take into account sustainable development c) an analysis of the results of these programs that may contribute to future assessment of how to improve sustainable development through these programs.
