Abstract
This work looks upon the different possibilities of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) highlighting the social media as tools for the feminist movement. Those virtual tools broad the horizon and reach of the feminist agenda but, also, allow attacks from the opposite direction. We emphasize the fundamental importance of these social tools as engaging instruments for the popular mobilization, they are imperative for the political fight, considering the massive visibility and reach the Internet has. The developments can be seen through the frequent Brazilian social manifestations materializing the articulations established by these digital languages.
