Work and professional training in University Hospitals: impacts on Health Residencies

This article seeks to bring together reflections on the relationship between work and professional training in University Hospitals under the management of EBSERH. Starting from the understanding that numerous challenges have been identified for the fulfillment of the training mission of these hospitals, in view of the managerial logic imposed by the Company, it appears that Health Residencies are directly impacted by this process, whether through their expansion or due to the difficulties faced by workers in implementing the training axis in their daily professional lives.
