Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é refletir sobre a ética na formação profissional, na particularidade da Unidade Curricular de Ética Profissional na graduação em Serviço Social da Unifesp. Realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e sistematização de experiências. Os resultados apontam para a importância do compartilhamento dos pressupostos teórico-filosóficos e das estratégias didático-pedagógicas no desenvolvimento das disciplinas específicas de ética, em coerência com as diretrizes curriculares da Abepss.

Abstract: The article aims to reflect on ethics in professional training, particularly, in the Professional Ethics Curricular Unit in the undergraduate course in Social Work at Unifesp. Bibliographical, documentary research and systematization of experiences were carried out. The results point to the importance of sharing theoretical-philosophical assumptions and didactic-pedagogical strategies in the development of specific ethics disciplines in coherence with Abepss curricular guidelines.

Resumo: Este trabalho é fruto da tese de doutoramento em Serviço Social, na busca de apreender o avanço do conservadorismo no Brasil e suas inflexões na “captura” da subjetividade profissional das assistentes sociais. A amostra da pesquisa se constituiu a partir de dados coletados nos anais do XVI CBAS, os quais apontam para o avanço do conservadorismo na sociedade brasileira, e o quanto ele aprofunda fissuras na legitimidade, interpretação, incorporação e materialidade do projeto ético-político.

Abstract: This work is the result of a doctoral thesis in Social Work, in the quest to understand the advance of conservatism in Brazil and its inflections in the “capture” of the professional subjectivity of Social Workers. The research sample was made up of data collected in the annals of the XVI CBAS, which point to the advancement of conservatism in Brazilian society, and how it deepens fissures in the legitimacy, interpretation, incorporation and materiality of the ethical-political project.

Resumo: Este artigo se propõe discutir as mediações histórico-concretas do empreendedorismo e a sua relação com o Serviço Social brasileiro, tendo como fio condutor a teoria marxiana da crise. Argumentamos que o incentivo ideopolítico ao empreendedorismo tem vínculo estrutural com a precarização do trabalho, potencializada no cenário da crise contemporânea, sob hegemonia rentista. Essa tendência se manifesta na esfera da reprodução do capital e, de modo inequívoco, nas instituições e nos espaços sócio-ocupacionais onde atuam as(os) assistentes sociais.

Abstract: This article aims to discuss the historical-concrete mediations of entrepreneurship and its relationship with Brazilian Social Service, using the Marxian theory of crisis as its guiding thread. We argue that the ideological-political incentive for entrepreneurship has a structural link with the precariousness of work, heightened in the context of the contemporary crisis, under rentier hegemony. This tendency manifests itself in the sphere of capital reproduction and, unequivocally, in the institutions and socio-occupational spaces where social workers work.

Resumo: Este estudo analisa a interação entre a política de Assistência Social, o neoliberalismo e a precarização do trabalho no Brasil. Investigamos como o neoliberalismo afeta a eficácia da política social e as estratégias dos profissionais de Serviço Social. Abstract: This study analyzes the interaction between Social Assistance policy, neoliberalism and the precariousness of work in Brazil. We investigate how neoliberalism affects the effectiveness of social policy and the strategies of Social Service professionals. The objective is to understand current social dynamics and contribute to the debate on social policies, providing insights for academics and professionals.

Resumo: Com base no Pensamento Complexo, este trabalho pretende apresentar aspectos da assistência técnica em Serviço Social, tendo por disparadores reflexivos a base normativa dessa atividade, seus dilemas e conformações atuais. Fundamentada na experiência profissional do autor, por meio deste estudo qualitativo básico, esperamos contribuir para a expansão e o estímulo à exploração de reflexões que favoreçam o qualificado trabalho profissional neste segmento.

Abstract: Based on Complex Thinking, this work intends to present aspects of technical assistance in Social Work, having as reflexive triggers the normative basis of this activity, its dilemmas and current conformations. Based on the author’s professional experience, through this basic qualitative study, we hope to contribute to the expansion and stimulate the exploration of reflections that favor qualified professional work in this segment.

Resumo: Este artigo tem como objetivo relatar a experiência de luta para implementar o curso de Serviço Social na Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT) para camponeses, em convênio com o Programa Nacional de Educação na Reforma Agrária (Pronera). Como metodologia, foi realizada uma pesquisa em Relatórios da UFT e na Literatura do Serviço Social e da Educação do Campo. Podemos observar que a implantação desse curso ocorreu com dura austeridade fiscal e mediante a opressão aos movimentos sociais, o que tem apontado para a necessidade de lutas constantes para garantir que os acadêmicos consigam concluir seu curso.

Abstract: This article aims to report the experience of the struggle to implement a Social Service Course at the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT) for peasants in agreement with the National Program for Education in Agrarian Reform (Pronera). As a methodology, research was carried out in reports and in the Literature of Social Service and field Education. We can observe that the implementation of this course occurred with harsh fiscal austerity and through oppression of social movements, which has pointed to the need for constant struggles to guarantee the completion of the course.

Resumo: Este artigo analisa o legado histórico da “Matriz Teórico-Metodológica do Serviço Social na previdência social” para a construção de um projeto profissional “renovado”, particularmente no contexto atual, marcado pela reorganização dos processos de trabalho no INSS e pela disputa da direção social desse projeto na previdência social brasileira. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, fundamentada pela tradição crítica marxista e por seu método histórico-dialético.

Abstract: This article analyzes the historical legacy of the “Theoretical-Methodological Matrix of Social Work in Social Security” for the construction of a “renewed” professional project, particularly in the current context, marked by the reorganization of work processes at the INSS and the dispute over the social direction of this project in brazilian social security. This is a bibliographical and documentary study, based on the marxist critical tradition and its historical-dialectical method.

Resumo: Este artigo busca reunir reflexões acerca da relação entre trabalho e formação profissional nos Hospitais Universitários sob gestão da Empresa Brasileira de Serviços Hospitalares (EBSERH). Partindo-se da compreensão de que inúmeros desafios têm sido identificados para o cumprimento da missão formativa desses hospitais, tendo em vista a lógica gerencialista imposta pela EBSERH, constata-se que as Residências em Saúde são frontalmente impactadas por tal processo, seja através de sua expansão, seja pelas dificuldades dos trabalhadores de efetivação do eixo da formação em seu cotidiano profissional.

Abstract: This article seeks to bring together reflections on the relationship between work and professional training in University Hospitals under the management of EBSERH. Starting from the understanding that numerous challenges have been identified for the fulfillment of the training mission of these hospitals, in view of the managerial logic imposed by the Company, it appears that Health Residencies are directly impacted by this process, whether through their expansion or due to the difficulties faced by workers in implementing the training axis in their daily professional lives.

Resumo: Este artigo é resultado do relatório de pós-doutoramento da história de lutas e resistências à ditadura empresarial-militar das mulheres do Serviço Social no Nordeste brasileiro, bem como da contribuição delas para a constituição da renovação profissional no país. Para tanto, realizamos entrevistas orais, pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Destacam-se os conhecimentos acumulados sobre a particularidade da emergência do Serviço Social no Nordeste, divulgados, em especial, em Mota, Vieira e Amaral (2021), Silveira Júnior (2020; 2021) e Vieira (1992).

Abstract: This article is the result of the post-doctoral report on the history of struggles and resistance to the military business dictatorship of women in Social Service in the Brazilian Northeast, as well as their contribution to the constitution of professional renewal in the country. To this end, we carried out oral interviews, bibliographic and documentary research. The accumulated knowledge about the particularity of the emergence of Social Service in the Northeast stands out, disseminated, in particular, in Mota, Vieira and Amaral (2021), Silveira Júnior (2020, 2021) and Vieira (1992).

Resumo: O artigo tem como objetivo analisar as possibilidades de assistentes sociais atuarem em parceria e apoio a organizações camponesas, a partir da experiência na extensão universitária. A particularidade da fome no Brasil e o trabalho de base são debatidos, para, então, refletir sobre o trabalho no projeto de extensão “Assentados da reforma agrária e universidade” (QADE/UFRJ). A conclusão situa a experiência em relação à soberania alimentar e aos desafios da profissão.

Abstract: This article aims to analyze the possibilities for social workers to collaborate and support peasant organizations based on experiences in university extension. The particularity of hunger in Brazil and ground work are discussed to then reflect on the work within the extension project “Settlers of agrarian reform and university” (QADE/UFRJ). The conclusion situates the experience in relation to food sovereignty and the challenges of the profession.

Resumo: O artigo tece reflexões sobre a mercantilização do ensino superior no Brasil, pela expansão do ensino a distância (EAD) e do regime semipresencial em instituições privadas, e busca compreender os rebatimentos nos rendimentos das(os) assistentes sociais. O estudo evidenciou que as(os) assistentes sociais formadas(os) em modalidades precárias de ensino são, em sua maioria, mulheres pretas, negras e pardas, e estas possuem remuneração inferior às(aos) demais profissionais.

Abstract: The article reflects on the commercialization of higher education in Brazil, through the expansion of distance learning and semi-presential education in private institutions, and seeks to understand the repercussions on the income of social workers. The study showed that the majority of social workers trained in precarious forms of education are black and brown women, and that they are paid less than other professionals.

Resumo: O presente texto tem por objetivo abordar a problemática da instrumentalidade na formação e na prática profissional do assistente social. Metodologicamente, apoia-se numa revisão bibliográfica. Estrutura-se em três partes principais, nas quais se busca caracterizar a categoria da instrumentalidade e verificar como ela opera na formação e na prática profissional. Constatou-se que na formação e na prática do assistente social a instrumentalidade possui particularidades e desafios que devem ser encarados no âmbito das modalidades históricas de enfrentamento da “questão social”.

Abstract: This text aims to address the issue of instrumentality in the training and professional practice of social workers. Methodologically, it is based on a bibliographical review. It is structured into three main parts in which we seek to characterize the category of instrumentality and verify how it operates in training and professional practice. It was found that in the training and practice of social workers, instrumentality has particularities and challenges that must be faced within the scope of historical methods of confronting the “social issue”.

A metodologia inclui revisão bibliográfica, destacando discussões e resoluções que contribuíram para uma identidade profissional mais crítica e comprometida com as expressões da Questão Social.

Abstract: The article analyzes the impact of the III Brazilian Congress of Social Workers (1979) on the Social Service Reconceptualization Movement in Brazil, and explores how the “Congresso da Virada” redefined the theoretical and practical bases of the profession, influencing the training of professionals. The methodology includes a bibliographic review, highlighting discussions and resolutions that contributed to a more critical professional identity and committed to the expressions of social issues.

Resumo: O artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a importância do movimento abolicionista penal e a sua expressão nos movimentos e nas lutas sociais. Discorremos sobre as possíveis interlocuções entre o Serviço Social, os movimentos sociais e o Projeto Ético-Político Profissional (PEPP), em vista da objetivação dos princípios éticos centrais - liberdade e democracia - de uma prática abolicionista penal e antirracista nos diferentes espaços sócio-ocupacionais.

Abstract: The article aims to present the importance of the penal abolitionist movement and its expression in social movements and struggles. We discuss the possible dialogues between Social Service, social movements and the professional political ethics project (PEPP), in view of the objectification of central ethical principles - freedom and democracy - of a criminal abolitionist and anti-racist practice in different socio-occupational spaces.

Resumo: O artigo resgata os aspectos centrais dos governos de Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Dilma Rousseff, Michel Temer e Jair Bolsonaro, os modelos econômicos e sociais predominantes e as crises políticas-econômicas e sanitária. Objetiva demonstrar que a inserção das mulheres no mundo do trabalho é permeada pelas desigualdades de gênero e étnico-raciais. A metodologia utiliza o estudo estatístico, descritivo e comparativo dos dados, e evidencia a desigualdade de gênero e étnico-racial no país.

Abstract: The article highlights the central aspects of the governmentes of Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Dilma Rousseff, Michel Temer and Jair Bolsonaro, the predominant economic and social models and the political-economic and health crises. It aims to demonstrate that the insertion of women in the world of works is permeated by gender and ethnic-racial inequalities. The methodology uses statistical, descriptive and comparative data study and highlights gender and ethnic-racial inequality in the country.

Resumo: Este artigo evidencia como o debate sobre diversidade sexual comparece na formação profissional em Serviço Social. Os resultados foram obtidos por meio da análise de 217 estruturas curriculares dos cursos de graduação em Serviço Social presenciais. Os dados revelam a fragilidade na incorporação da temática no âmbito da formação profissional, tendo como intuito subsidiar a inclusão de disciplinas obrigatórias sobre diversidade sexual, atendendo às diretrizes estabelecidas pela ABEPSS.

Abstract: This article highlights how the debate on sexual diversity appears in professional training in Social Work. The results were obtained through the analysis of 217 curricular structures of in-person undergraduate courses in Social Work. The data reveal the weakness in incorporating the theme within the scope of professional training, with the aim of supporting the inclusion of mandatory subjects on sexual diversity, complying with the guidelines established by ABEPSS.
