Les adolescents ont une appétence marquée pour les substances psychoactives. Certains, selon leur personnalité, vont aux limites de leur structure psychique. Dans la clinique, nous voyons bien souvent des états limites se révéler, bien distincts des usuelles adolescences problématiques. Les substances stupéfiantes, utilisées dans un premier temps comme anxiolytiques, deviennent vite source d'angoisse, et parfois mettant à jour des sujets en état limite.

Abstract in English:

Borderline, teenagers, cannabis and cocaine. Teenagers are fond of psychoactive products. Somme of them, according to their personality, go to the limits of their psychic structure. In the practical field, we can often observe the revealing of borderline states, very different from the usual problematic teenagers. Psychoactive substances, used for the first time as anxiolytics, become quickly a cause of anxiety, therefore revealing the subjects in borderline states.

Pretende-se estabelecer as relações existentes entre o uso de drogas na atualidade e o imperativo da performance estabelecido socialmente, indicando que isso ocorre tanto com as drogas ilícitas quanto com as lícitas.

Drugs, performance and psychiatrization in the contemporary world. The aiming of this paper is to establish the relationships between the use of drugs today and the performance in the social space, as well as showing that this process is reached through legal and illegal drugs.

Analisando circunstâncias e elementos clínicos paradigmáticos, constata-se que as trajetórias de jovens das comunidades populares no que se refere a problemas com a Lei por uso e tráfico de drogas são, na verdade, típicas, isto é: indicam, sob eventos meramente singulares, uma produção intensa e institucionalizada desses jovens enquanto "foras da lei". Omitir esta dimensão do problema pode tornar a pesquisa científica aliada de estruturas que produzem delinquência. No entanto, uma prática derivada da clínica psicanalítica e amparada por uma reflexão sobre a institucionalidade questiona como a relação que esses adolescentes constroem com sua própria palavra nas instâncias de tratamento pode deslocar esses mecanismos institucionais.

For a clinic of drug and alcohol abuse with adolescents from popular communities in Rio de Janeiro. Parting from clinical circumstances and paradigmatic elements, the paper argues that many of the trajectories of youngsters from popular communities facing problems with the law regarding the use and trafficking of drugs are, indeed, typical. They indicate, under mere singular events, an important and institutionalized production of these young people as outlaws. Overlooking this dimension of the problem may compromise scientific research with structures that produce delinquency. Whereas a practice oriented towards psychoanalytic clinic, informed by some reflection on the institutional framework, questions how the relation these adolescents develop, to their own word, in treatment, can change these institutional mechanisms.

Procura-se discutir a função do objeto na adolescência a partir de um fragmento clínico em que a relação aos objetos se dá por uma lógica incorporativa que impede o acesso às experiências de introjeção e aos processos de simbolização. Apesar de a adolescência ser definida por alguns autores psicanalistas como um momento lógico de apropriação subjetiva e confronto com a castração e a finitude, este texto procura ressaltar a importância do acompanhamento 'vivo' do analista para que o investimento do vazio possa se dar sem angústia de aniquilamento.

The abuse of toxic substances in adolescence: an attempt to incorporate the object? This paper aims at discussing the role of the object in adolescence through a clinical vignette where the relationships to the objects are done through an incorporative fashion that prevents the access to the experiences of introjection and symbolization. Even if adolescence is defined by some psychoanalysts as a logic moment of subjective appropriation and confrontation to castration and finitude, this paper attempts to emphasize the importance of the "live" companionship of the analyst in order to open the path toward the libidinal investment of the void without annihilation anxiety.

Este artigo é dedicado à problemática da dependência psíquica na adolescência a partir de dois eixos de análise: a relação eu/outro e a polaridade interioridade/exterioridade. A experiência de separação do objeto está implicada nessa passagem da vida infantil à vida adulta, vertente central da questão da dependência, em particular nas adições. Pretende-se mostrar o caráter paradoxal do processo de separação na adolescência, seu núcleo primário e edipiano em cujo entrelaçamento situa-se o fundamento de seus impasses. A dependência patológica é marcante na contemporaneidade. Na busca de um prazer absoluto, o sujeito tende a se ver numa situação de isolamento o qual poderá ser mascarado pelo estabelecimento de um elo passional com o objeto.

Dependence and adolescence: the refusal of the difference. This article is dedicated to the problem of psychic dependence in adolescence from two angles: the relationship of self / other and the polarity interiority / exteriority. The experience of separation from the object is implied in this passage from childhood to adult life, central part of the issue of dependence, particularly in the addictions. It is intended to show the paradoxical character of the separation process in adolescence, its primary and Oedipal core, on whose entanglement lies the foundation of its impasses. Pathological dependence is remarkable nowadays. In search of absolute pleasure, the subject tends to find himself or herself in a situation of isolation which can be disguised by the establishment of a passionate link to the object.

Dans cet article, l'auteur explore l'usage des images violentes dans un jeu vidéo en interrogeant la fonction métapsychologique des images à l'adolescence. A partir de l'exposé d'un cas clinique, une discussion s'ouvre sur la différence entre le retrait sur les objets internes et l'importance des rêveries adolescentes que le jeu vidéo prolongerait, au service du processus adolescent.

Image dependence and elaboration of violence. The author explores the use of violent images in a video game, examining the meta-psychological function of the images in adolescence. From a clinical case, we discuss the difference between the withdrawal on the internal objects and the adolescent daydreams, prolonged by the video game helping on the adolescent process.

L'article, après quelques rappels épidémiologiques et juridiques permettant de cerner la problématique en cause, présente les grandes caractéristiques cliniques et psychopathologiques des adolescents agresseurs sexuels français. Puis l'exposé d'un cas d'adolescent violeur rencontré dans un cadre expertal soutient la proposition de quelques jalons théoriques relatifs à la place de l'agir dit « sexuel » dans le temps de l'adolescence et ses rapports à la problématique de dépendance. L'article se termine par quelques propos cursifs sur les incidences thérapeutiques posées par la compréhension de ce type d'agirs, inscrits dans ce que nous appelons aujourd'hui « les cliniques de l'extrême ».

Sexual aggressions and dependence during adolescence. After a brief reminder of the underlying epidemiological and legal context, this article presents an overview of the clinical and psychopathological characteristics of French adolescents who have committed sexual aggressions. The author presents the case of a young sex offender met in the framework of a psychological assessment report. The results provide support for the introduction of several theoretical contributions concerning the role of "sexual" acting-out during adolescence and its connection with dependence. The article concludes with a few remarks concerning the therapeutic implications of this analysis within the field of what is today called the "clinical study of extreme situations".

Le lien est perçu à la fois comme une condition et une variable de la formation psychique individuelle. Mais aussi la question qui renvoi à l'absence et à la séparation. Toutefois, pour certains adolescents si la question centrale du lien est justement la possibilité de symboliser une absence, on peut imaginer que la construction d'un lien sera toujours complexe et constituée de plusieurs aspects. Avec Daphnée, 17 ans, consommatrice de cannabis, nous allons questionner la fonction para excitante du cannabis pour que les liens intrapsychiques et symboliques puissent être préservés.

Dependence in adolescence: the vacuum by the excess. The link is perceived at the same time as a condition and a variable of the psychic, but also the question which returns to the absence and to the separation. However, for certain teenagers if the central question of the link is exactly the possibility to symbolize an absence, we can imagine that the construction of a link will always be complex and established by several aspects. With Daphnée, 17 years, consumer of cannabis, we are going to question the function para-exciting of the cannabis so that the links intra-psychics and symbolic can be protected.

La dépendance est une étape, provisoire mais nécessaire pour la constitution psychique du sujet. C›est une des figures du lien sans laquelle il ne saurait y avoir d›autonomie. Mais la dépendance traduit aussi un état pathologique dans le processus d'adolescence où la capacité à jouer avec l'objet est rabattue au besoin de trouver un objet qui comble, qui masque aussi la détresse du sujet et sa difficulté à se séparer. Nous faisons l›hypothèse que la dépendance pathologique est une façon de lutter contre la dépression et l›angoisse d›effondrement qui lui est sous-jacente.

Separation, dependence and depression in adolescence. Addiction is a step, provisional but necessary for the psychological constitution of the subject. This is one of the forms of relation without which there can be no autonomy. But dependency also reflects a pathological condition in the process of adolescence where the ability to play with the object is replaced by the need to find an object which fills, as well as masks the distress of the subject and its difficulty to be separated. We establish the hypothesis that the pathological dependency is a way to fight against depression and its underlying anxiety of collapse.

Pretende-se discutir os impasses experimentados pelo sujeito caracterizado como tímido na sua relação com o olhar. Formulou-se a hipótese de que a vergonha - emoção central do tipo de subjetividade de que iremos tratar - é neste contexto vivida como embaraço, humilhação ou transparência psíquica. Sugerimos que a incidência do olhar exporá certas fragilidades narcísicas quanto à construção de barreiras que protejam o campo da interioridade. Apresentaremos ao longo do texto os principais aspectos do embaraço, da humilhação e da transparência psíquica, utilizando vinhetas clínicas retiradas de uma pesquisa clínica.

Embarrassment, humiliation and transparency: The shy subject and his/her dependence on the gaze. The main goal of this article is to examine shy individuals and their troublesome experiences concerning gaze. A clinic psychoanalytical research on social anxiety disordered patients (social phobia) revealed that shame in this context is also endured as embarrassment, humiliation and psychic transparency. This work suggests that they carry a frail narcissistic development and therefore are unable to protect their psychological inner selves. Features of embarrassment, humiliation and psychic transparency can be found through various clinical examples. Additionally, the recent analysis on shame implies a new individual scope in contemporary society.

Considerando a eclosão das manifestações acontecidas em junho de 2013 no Brasil, relacionada à comunicação corrente nas chamadas 'redes sociais', o artigo aborda a problematização introduzida pela operação científica para a sustentação do lugar do sujeito no campo discursivo. Examinam-se alguns dos novos expedientes de encadeamento do laço social disponibilizados no meio eletrônico-digital, para discutir os modos de representação que nossa contemporaneidade atravessada pela ciência oferece à subjetividade.

Proliferation of the #hashtags: logic of science, discourse and contemporary social movements. Considering that the outbreaks of the Demonstrations that arouse in June 2013 in Brazil are very closely related to the type of communication that is currently found in the social-media platforms, the article intends to discuss the problems that scientific operation introduces to sustain the role of the subject in the field of the discourse. It examines some of the new discourse starters and social relations arrangements available in digital media, debating the forms and possibilities of representation that contemporary society sponsored by science offers to subjectivity.
