Abstract:

This article aims at a bibliographical analysis of a number of authors, among the contents associated with environmental education, with a focus on sustainability and revealing the importance of the contents addressed in basic education textbooks, and in scientific articles and books debated in universities. This research aims to analyze the environmental context in the curriculum of these institutional spaces and to see if there is a connection or a distance between them. Other aspects addressed in the study are the main topics under discussion in these institutions, the convergences between the contents and the integration between them. In the final considerations, besides the descriptions resulting from the analyzed literature, an approach is presented for the interaction of institutions, aiming at an integrative work in the promotion of a dialogue that allows the autonomy of individuals in their institutions.
