Open-access THE THEME OF SCHOOL INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE NATIONAL SYMPOSIA OF ANPUH (2011-2021)

This article aims to investigate the theme of school inclusion of people with disabilities within the research field of History Teaching in the present time, seeking to problematize how issues related to school inclusion are addressed in this specific field of study. To this end, the research examined data concerning the treatment of this theme in the proceedings of the last six National Symposia of History organized by the National Association of History (ANPUH, acronym in Portuguese), held between 2011 and 2021. The findings indicate that, over the period analyzed, the theme fluctuated between moments of complete absence of academic production and advances toward its incorporation into this field of research.
